Food Handler Cards are required by health departments in some areas and recommended by all! Everyone on your team responsible for handling food needs the knowledge and skills to safely handle food. This course is an introduction to Food Safety including topics such as Cross Contamination, Time and Temperature Control, Personal Hygiene, and Cleaning and Sanitizing.
